On Monday, April, 22, Grove sent three Ridgerunners to compete in a thirty-six hole tournament in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Jacoby Riggs, Zach Decker and Cole Buchholz competed at two different courses: Dornick Hills Country Club for eighteen holes in the morning and eighteen holes at Lakeview Golf Course in the afternoon completed the tournament.

Out of the 119 athletes attending, Jordan Wilson from Edmond North won the tournament, shooting a 68 at Dornick Hills and a 66 at Lakeview for a combined score of 134. In second was William McDonald of Heritage Hall who shot a 71 at Dornick Hills and a 70 at Lakeview for a total of 141.

For Grove, Riggs shot an 85 at Dornick Hills, followed by a 73 at Lakeview. Riggs' combined score of 158 earned him sixteenth place.

Decker shot an 85 at Dornick Hills, followed by a 78 at Lakeview. Decker's combined score of 163 put him in a tie for twenty-first.

Buchholz was the final member of the Grove team. Buchholz shot a 97 at Dornick Hills and a 99 at Lakeview, for a combined score of 196.

The Ridgerunners will hit the green again on Monday, April 29, in the Regional Tournament at Peoria Ridge Golf Course in Miami. Regionals expects ten teams and fifty-one players to compete next week. The top three teams at Regionals will be sent to the State Tournament.
