Jonas Rabel, president, INTEGRIS Miami and Grove hospitals, was recently elected to serve as northeast region chairman on the Oklahoma Hospital Association board of directors for the 2020-2022 term.
Before becoming president of INTEGRIS Miami Hospital and INTEGRIS Grove Hospital, Rabel served as regional clinical director of emergency medicine for both facilities, as well as vice president and chief nursing officer at INTEGRIS Grove Hospital. Prior to joining INTEGRIS, he worked in cardiovascular and coronary intensive care.
Rabel earned an Associate of Nursing degree from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M. He then obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration degrees from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the OHA Council on Quality and Patient Safety. He is also a member of the Ottawa County United Way, the Community Crisis Center, the Miami and Grove Rotary clubs, and supports the Bright Futures program as both a committee member and mentor. He is a graduate of Leadership Miami and Leadership Grove. Rabel was inducted into the Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College Hall of Fame as an Outstanding Young Alumni in 2018.
