Pitching in to help the community is always an important goal for athletics and the varsity boys basketball team has done just that.

On Wednesday, August 28, the team helped clean up houses around the block of 5th and Center Street, where numerous large trees had fallen. The team partnered with Turf Boys to haul off the fallen limbs.

"This community supports our school and athletic programs more than we could ever ask for. These boys and our basketball program just wanted to give back a little and show everyone we care and are very thankful for them," said Grove Head Boys Basketball Coach Zach Trimble.
