Shoe Sensation is partnering with CASA to purchase shoes for students in the local community for back-to-school. Shoe Sensation will host an after hours shopping event for local businesses to purchase shoes for nonprofit organization to donate in the Grove area.
CASA and Shoe Sensation are asking businesses to "adopt" a student and purchase a pair of shoes and socks. The goal this year is to provide 200 students in the Grove area with a new pair of shoes. Shoe Sensation will offer 15% off of one item of 50% off of clearance when a business buys a pair of shoes to donate to the organization.
"This will be the third year Shoe Sensation has participated and hosted this event. Our staff loves being part of the community and helping in any way we can. We want to thank the community for their support of CASA. Without their support, we could not provide shoes to the students in need," said Shoe Sensation manager Kristan Mraz.
The after-hours shopping event will take place on Sunday, July 21 from 6-8 p.m. at Shoe Sensation in the Honey Creek Plaza shopping center located at 1122 S. Main Street in Grove. For more information, call 918-791-6132.
