Oaks, Afton eliminated from playoffs
The Oaks Lady Warriors as well as both Afton teams saw their seasons end with losses in the regional consolations yesterday.
One day after losing to Dewar at Tulsa Rogers, the Lady Warriors had to make a nearly three hour bus ride to Agra to take on Oklahoma Christian Academy of Edmond, where they lost 49-43.
The Afton girls lost to Southwest Covenant 64-48 at Bristow, while the Eagles fell to Calumet 57-40.
Colcord boys eliminated by Fairland

The Hornets led 10-7 after the opening quarter but the Owls used a full-court press on defense to take a 22-12 halftime lead.
Colcord trailed by nine entering the final quarter, but couldn't get any closer than six.
K.C. Jones led the Owls with 19 points. Fairland will play Chouteau in tonight's district championship game at 8 p.m. Both Fairland and Chouteau will advance to next week's regional play.
