Grove has made it eight in a row with their latest win over the Glenpool Lady Warriors.
The Lady Red’s win streak dates back to December 12, 2016, when Grove defeated Okmulgee 33-28 in the Sperry Tournament. Since then, the team has won against then undefeated Canny Valley, Skiatook, Jay, fourth-ranked Claremore, Coweta, Dewey JV and now Glenpool. Currently the Lady Red hold an 8-3 record for the season.
Grove has been successful on the road and Tuesday, January 17, was no different.

Cleveland has three other posts who can do damage in the lane: senior Kelsey Fisher and sophomores Rhi Lucas and Halle Frazier. Sophomore Emily Ward helps on the outside.
If the Lady Red win against Cleveland, they will advance to the championship game, where they will face the winner of the matchup between Pawhuska and Vinita at 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 21. Pawhuska defeated the home team, the Dewey Lady Bulldogs in the first round of play with a score of 43-28. The 4A seventh-ranked Vinita defeated Daniel Webster 80-4.
