LEE WARREN

SEPTEMBER 18, 1945 - SEPTEMBER 23, 2008

FAILRLAND - Lee Warren, lifetime resident of Fairland, died Tuesday, Sep. 23, 2008, at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, after an illness.  He was 63.  Mr. Warren was born Sep 18, 1945, at Fairland, to Varez and Pearl (Marshall) Warren.

  He was a member of the Cherokee Tribe and a graduate of the Fairland Class of 1963.  He married Bonnie Stephens on Feb. 20, 1965.  He worked as a construction engineer for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 25 years.   He was a member of the First Christian Church in Fairland.

 He is survived by a son, Kevin Warren, of Fairland, a brother and his wife, Bob and Linda Warren, Wyandotte, two sisters, Donna Hall and husband, Wayne, of Cheney, WA., and Debbie Warren of Tulsa, and three grandchildren, Michael Warren, Laura Warren, and Kimberly Warren.

 A graveside service was at 10:00 a.m., Friday, Sep. 26, 2008, at Fairland Cemetery, with Minister Truman Brady officiating.  Visitation was 6-8 p.m., Thursday, at Adcock Funeral Home in Fairland.  Arrangements provided by Adcock Funeral Home .

 In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the Fairland Ministerial Alliance, in care of the funeral home.
