Joseph A. Bradley, 89, died November 15, 2010 at Grand Lake Villa in Grove.

He was born on July 8, 1921 in Arch, New Mexico to Joe and Rebecca (Auston) Bradley. Joseph served in the United States Army. He married Dorothy Hicks on June 3, 1944 in Fredrick, Oklahoma. He worked in pharmaceutical sales, retiring in 1983. Joseph was a Master Mason in the Masonic Lodge. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Grove. He was very active in his church, choir and Sunday school.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; son, David and wife, Jana; two daughters, Janis Capps and husband, Jack, of Spring, Texas and Linda Heitschmidt of Liberal, Kansas; one sister, Madge Powell of San Marcos, Texas; six grandchildren and four great-grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, William Joseph Bradley.

Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, November 19, 2010 at First United Methodist Church of Grove with Dr. Richard Dayringer officiating.
