WILBA LORRAINE DILLINGER
MARCH 13, 1930 – MARCH 5, 2009
MIAMI – Wilba Lorraine Dillinger of Miami passed away Thursday March 5, 2009 at Osborne Care and Rehab Center after an illness. She was 78.
Mrs. Dillinger was born March 13, 1930 in Douthat, Oklahoma to John E Crumley and Grace M. (Moudy) Crumley. She had lived in the Miami area since 1980. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Grand Lake Good Sam Club. She was a homemaker.
Her parents, sister Donna Smith, brother Howard Crumley, half-sister Helen Dennis, half-brother Ray Jordan and half-brother Ben Jordan preceded her in death. She married Leslie Dillinger May 15, 1949 and he survives of the home.
Other survivors include three sons, John and Gary Dillinger of Grove, OK, David Dillinger of Fall River, KS, one sister Ladeen Johnston of Miami OK, ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday March 9, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami, Oklahoma. Rev. Jim Drake officiated the service.
Pallbearers were Glen Johnston, Bob Johnston, Ben Johnston, Raymond Bandy, Don Heatherly and Rodney Dillinger.
Internment followed at the Ballard Cemetery in Bernice, Oklahoma. The family received friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-3 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ponca City Children’s Home or Ballard Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
Services were under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami, Oklahoma.
