Shirley Siddens age 86 of Tulsa, Ok died Saturday August 29, 2009 in the St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. The daughter of Thomas McLeod and Goldie Monroe McLeod, she was born on February 21, 1923 in Ida Grove, Iowa. Shirley managed many different restaurants. She moved to Tulsa from Blue Rapids, Ks six years ago. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, baking, and cooking. Playing bridge and bingo were her hobbies. She had been a member of the Red Hat Ladies in Tulsa. Shirley was a member of the Episcopal Church.

Survivors include: Two daughters Pamela Bulson in Blue Rapids, KS and Debra Potter in Grove and Tulsa, OK, a son Jeffery Ball in Venice, FL, a sister Joyce Rickner in McPherson, KS, 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 greatgreat grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Larry Siddens, a Son Dennis Ball, her parents, her step-father Harold and 2 brothers Leland McLeod and Merrill McLeod.

There will be a memorial service for her at 2 PM on Saturday September 5, 2009 in the St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Grove, OK with Phil Lawrence officiating. The services are under the directions of the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Groove, OK. Memorial considerations in lieu of flowers may be made to the St Andrews Building Fund.
