William “Billy” Elder Baker III, 54-year-old Jay, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010.

Billy was born on January 25, 1956 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to William Baker and Ola Fern (Wolfe) Broughton. He was a truck driver most of his life, and enjoyed hunting and fishing, as well as country music and welding. Above all Billy was a loving family man.

Billy married Eva Renee Foshee on June 25, 1994 in San Angelo, Texas.

Billy was preceded in death by his mother and one sister, Barbara Sue Jones.

Billy is survived by his wife, Eve Renee Baker; children, Toby Baker and Shelly Baker of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Billy Oneill and Joe and Amanda Oneill of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, Billy Oneill of North Carolina, and Patrica Oneill of Petoskey, Michigan; one brother, Eddie and wife Tammy of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; sisters, Rachael Baker of Gatesville, Texas and Phyllis Burch of Dallas, Texas; mother and father-in-law, Ike and Marie Foschee of Amarillo Texas; sister-in-law Janice Geerdes; brother-in-law, Billy and wife Paulette Foshee of Amarillo, Texas; sister-in-law Toni and husband Kenneth Carrier; sister-in-law, Tawyna Foshee of Amarillo, Texas; sisters, Melissa Groover and Megan Yockam of Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Bill is also survived by three uncles and one aunt of Sapulpa as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
