Charles “Rock Chuck” Tarvin, age 55, a resident of Grove, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, May 6, 2010 at his home in Grove.
Charles was born in Santa Monica, California on March 20, 1955 to Charles and Kathryn (Goetsch) Tarvin. On December 12, 2009 he married Juanita (Arndt) Wagner. Charles worked as a stone mason and was a member of the Posse of Grove, Oklahoma. He was also a member of the Group 33 Inc. of Grove, Oklahoma and the Moose Lodge in Grove, Oklahoma. Charles enjoyed riding his Harley and helping with children’s benefit programs.

Charles is survived by his wife Juanita of the home in Grove, Oklahoma; parents Charles and Kathryn Tarvin of Grove, Oklahoma; one grandmother, Grammy Tarvin of California; three daughters, Nikki Goudie of Henderson, Nevada, Katie Tarvin of Neosho, Missouri, and Sheila Tarvin of Lancaster, California; two step-sons, Brandon Wagner of Grove, Oklahoma and Bradley Wagner of Grove, Oklahoma; three brothers, Donnie Tarvin and wife Joy of Colorado, Frank Tarvin and wife Sandra of Colorado and T.J. Tarvin and wife Michelle of Colorado; three grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Memorial services will be on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at 4 p.m. at the Moose Lodge in Grove, Oklahoma.
