SANDUSKY, OK – A Delaware County couple has been arrested after allegedly selling narcotics to an undercover officer.
Wayne Lee Roy Wennerholm, 65, and his wife Charlotte, 54, were arrested by Delaware County Drug Task force officers on January 15.
Officers reportedly bought Oxycontin, a controlled substance, from the couple.
According to the incident report, a background check revealed that Mr. Wennerholm had an outstanding arrest warrant for obtaining merchandise by means of bogus check.
Arrested along with the couple was Nedra Johnson, 41, also of Colcord, who was wanted for failure to pay after pleading guilty to burglary in Delaware County in August, 2007.
Mrs. Wennerholm could face charges of possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept or sold and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance due to health issues after a bond of $60,000 was set.
Mr. Wennerholm could face charges of delivery of a narcotic and maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept or sold. He also faces the felony bogus check charge.
Johnson remains incarcerated on failure to pay fines and a motion to revoke a suspended sentence.
