GROVE- A Delaware County man was arrested on drug and weapons complaints after police were called to break-up a fight at a fast-food restaurant parking lost, Grove Police Chief Mark Morris said Monday. .

Clayton Dean Cory, 24, was arrested Friday on complaints of possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana; carry a firearm while under the influence of alcohol and public intoxication.

The victim told authorities Corey has allegedly made threats to the victimís family and he didnít way Corey around him, Morris said.† Corey told authorities he approached the victim because he wanted to apologize to him, Morris said.

When Coreyís truck was searched authorities found beer and a pistol with a 14-bullet magazine clip. Morris said no bullets were found in the pistolís chamber.

Authorities also found marijuana and a pipe, he said.
