The Grand Lake Association will be holding a series of meetings around the four county areas over the next few weeks, Executive Director Tad Jones announced today.

“We will be making some exciting changes to our 2011 Visitor’s Guide,” said Jones. “We will have a more user friendly guide that better directs people to the local businesses.”

There are 100,000 Visitor’s Guide printed and they are distributed all over the region and the nation. We have had people request the Visitor’s Guide from every state and several countries.

The meetings will talk about all the changes to the layout, map upgrade and distribution opportunities.

There will also be a drawing at each meeting for a FREE membership or membership upgrade as well as a final drawing on October 15th for a FREE 1/4 page ad or a discount on a half-page or larger ad in the 2011 Visitor Guide. Please bring a business card for the drawings.

The meetings will start at 10 am. October 7th – Langley/Ketchum Area - Pine Lodge Club House; October 8th - Pryor - Integrated Insurance; October 11th - Vinita - Chamber of Commerce; October 12th - Grove - Patricia Island Golf Course Clubhouse and October 14th - Miami - NEO - Commons Hall Auditorium.

“If you have a business, you will not want to miss one of these meetings,” Jones said. “There will always be visitors coming to our area and we are going to do our best to make sure they find local businesses.”
