Detectives at the Grove Police Department are investigating the burglary and arson of a Grove business November 18th, according to reports.

Grove Police Chief Mark Morris said someone broke into B&B Treasures Flea Market, located on Highway 59 during the early morning hours of Wednesday, November 18th.

An unspecified amount of cash was stolen out of the register and a fire was set, Morris said.

When officers and firefighters arrived on the scene around 3:00 a.m., the west side of the building in the loading dock area had flames coming through the roof, the report said.

The store appeared to have been rifled, and jewelry was found strewn upon the floor, according to the report.

Morris said detectives are following up leads in the case and he is confident they will apprehend the suspects.
