Robert Allen Higgins, 29 was pronounced dead Saturday at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa after being stabbed in the neck Dec. 18, by his 22 year-old girlfriend Kayla Dianna Criger.
According to the district attorney's office, they are reviewing the case to determine if any more charges will be filed.
