GROVE Ė A two-car accident left a Grand Lake couple injured sending the driver to a Missouri hospital, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported Friday.
Troy W. Keller, 39, of Grove, was flown by helicopter to Freeman Hospital in Joplin with multiple injuries after he was pinned in his truck for 10 minutes.† Kim Keller, 49, of Grove, was treated and released from Integris Grove General Hospital with arm injuries, the patrol said.
The patrol listed Troy Keller in fair condition.
Kellerís vehicle was struck by a pickup truck driven by Tommy L. Matlock, 26, of Jay, on U.S. Highway 59 about two miles south of Grove around 6:50 p.m. on Friday, the patrol said.
Matlock was attempting to make a left turn onto a county road when it struck Kellerís vehicle in the front driverís side, the patrol said. Matlock was not injured.
