Recent rains have caused Grand Lake to swell to more than three feet its normal elevation, according to the GRDA.

On Monday morning Grand Lake elevation was 746.83. The daily target elevation for May 17 is 743.00 feet.

At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, ten floodgates were open at Pensacola Dam, discharging 37,100 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water.

Six units were online at the Pensacola Dam powerhouse, releasing 13,866 cfs of water through generation.

Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 50,966 cfs and inflows into Grand Lake totaled 33,737 cfs.

Lake Hudson elevation was 620.67 feet. Normal elevation is 619 feet.

At the direction of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, two floodgates were open at Robert S. Kerr Dam, discharging 24,093 cfs of water.

Three units were online at Robert S. Kerr Dam powerhouse releasing 22,140 cfs of water through generation.

Releases through floodgates and generation totaled 46,233 cfs.

Inflows into Lake Hudson totaled 53,361 cfs.
