JAY – A former Jay High School custodian is being held on $580,000 bail on allegations he raped a 16-year-old student.
Adam Wolfe, 45, of Jay was arrested Wednesday on four counts of second-degree rape, three counts of rape by instrumentation, three counts of sexual battery and three counts of forcible sodomy.
Charges have not been filed, according to the district attorney’s office.
Wolfe was suspended from his position with the school but has since resigned, said Mike Shambaugh, Jay police chief.
