JAY — Delaware County Commissioners dealt with flood damage reimbursements at a regular meeting Monday morning.
The board voted to sign all the documents requesting reimbursement expenses from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for road damage caused by flooding in Delaware County. Expenses include man-hours and equipment used for each project.
In other business, The Shebang, now forming a limited liability company, received approval for a mixed beverage license.
Other items on the agenda, tabled for one week were the approval of a temporary construction easement over and across property owned by Ralph Chancellor and granted to District #3, and the signing of an application for a State Local Agreement grant for the Delaware County Emergency Management.
The next meeting of the Delaware County Commissioners will be held on Mon., March 30 starting at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners Office of the Delaware County Courthouse.
