OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Fresh off this week's primary victories in Minnesota, Missouri and Colorado, resurging GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum is bringing his campaign to the Sooner State.

The former U.S. senator from Pennsylvania is starting his visit to Oklahoma Thursday at the Magnuson Hotel and Convention Center in Oklahoma City before traveling up the turnpike to an event at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa.

Santorum initially planned to hold his Oklahoma City event at a local gun range, but state party officials say they had to move the location because they were overwhelmed with requests to attend.

Oklahoma GOP Chairman Matt Pinnell says the state party's involvement in the event is not an endorsement of Santorum and that invitations have been extended to all the GOP presidential candidates
