The Grand Lake Association announced Lt. Governor-Elect Todd Lamb will be the keynote speaker at their annual banquet November 15. The banquet will be held at Cherokee Yacht Club with a social hour at 6 p.m. and dinner at 6:30.
“We are extremely excited to have the next Lt. Governor to be our keynote speaker,” said Tad Jones, Executive Director of the Grand Lake Association. “The Lt. Governor is chairman of the Tourism Commission and that makes Todd Lamb a very important person for our area. This will be a great opportunity for everyone to meet Lt. Governor-Elect Lamb.”
The annual banquet will highlight the 2010 year as well as what will be happening in 2011 for the Grand Lake Association. The banquet also serves as an opportunity to meet the new board members for the GLA.
“This really is an opportunity for our members to come together to celebrate the year and talk about the future,” said Jones.
