The possibility of snow and winter weather conditions are still forecasted for today and Monday, however, much less is expected than previously predicted.

The National Weather Service is forecasting areas of moderate to occasionally heavy rain will continue to spread across southeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas today and tonight in association with an approaching upper level storm system.

The light precipitation over far northeast Oklahoma and northeast Arkansas may transition to light snow late tonight, however accumulations are expected to remain an inch or less.

Localized flooding will be possible across far southeast Oklahoma and west central Arkansas
