Members of the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce ambassadors and staff hosted a ribbon cutting on Thursday, Aug. 16 for Good Shepherd Hospice at its new location at 1120 NEO Loop, Grove. Good Shepherd Hospice provided services in Grove and all of northeast Oklahoma for more than 20 years, striving to provide compassionate and quality of care to individuals in need. Good Shepherd Hospice is a growing provider of hospice care with a clear vision for the future, strong leadership, and great opportunities for all employees providing hospice care, palliative care, grief support services, home health care and respite care. The staff's mission is to serve people with compassion and dignity and to provide an exceptional hospice experience. Those cutting the ribbon included Lisa McAlister with Chief Operating Officer Derek Mountford, Vice President of Sales Matt Seller, and Josh Catt, Sr. Hospice Consultant along with Good Shepherd Hospice staff. Also in attendance were representatives from member businesses including The Dodd Company, Grand River Abstract & Title Co., Grandwood Assisted Living, First National Bank, RE/MAX Grand Lake, and Grand Savings Bank. Also in attendance was Donnie Crain, president of Grove Area Chamber of Commerce.
