Sharon Kay Lively, 69, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 14, 2018 in Grove.
She was born on July 26, 1948 in Lindsay, to her parents, Walter Luther Cook and Pearl Isabell Elliot-Cook.
Sharon, in her younger years, was an avid bowler participating in countless leagues and tournaments. Sharon enjoyed playing Cafeland on Facebook, making many friends from all over the world.
Sharon obtained a secretarial certificate from Sawyer School of Business in 1977. She worked for Vitro Corporation in Oxnard, California for many years as a secretary. Upon moving to Grove, Oklahoma she worked at INTEGRIS Grove Hospital until her retirement.
Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Pearl Cook; husband Jack Lively; brothers, Ross Requa and Charles Requa; sister, Barbara Hancock.
She is survived by her children, Tom Rice of Oxnard, California; Michael Shane Rice and his wife Alta of Atascadero, California; granddaughters, Megan and Shannon Rice of Atascadero, California; sister, Arvilla Hill of Bentonville, Arkansas; brother Gene Requa of Topeka, Kansas; cousin, Ron Hill and wife Laura of Oceanside, California; brother-in-laws Lewis (Diana) Lively and James (Kathy) Lively; niece Cathy (James) Barrett; Ed (Pam) Lively; and extended family and friends.
Sharon’s family will have a private family memorial service at a later date, under the direction of Lawson’s Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Grove, with Shaunda J. Lawson, Owner/Funeral Director and Staff.
