God Is in February
Each Sunday in February, Pastor Jon Burnaman of Cornerstone Church in Grove will teach from the book of 1 John, using the theme "GOD IS.....You fill in the blank."
The series focuses on who God is including love, light and life. Small gifts will be given each Sunday to help participants share who God Is with others. The service is at 10:15 a.m., each Sunday. The church is located at 501 South Main Street in Grove.
Sixth Annual Soup & Sermon
The Sixth Annual Soup & Sermon series, sponsored by the Grove Ministerial Alliance, will take place on Tuesdays, now till March 27 during the lenten season.
The event includes a free soup meal, served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., and worship from 12:15 to 12:50 p.m. Speakers represent members of the Grove faith community.

Monthly Community Sing
Volunteers at Grove Assembly of God the monthly gospel sing, at 6 p.m., Saturday, March. 10, at the church, 29080 South 637 Road (east Highway 10), Grove.
The event, which began on the fourth Saturday of the month, has moved to the second Saturday.
The event will include a mix of gospel and contemporary music. Singers/groups are encouraged to take part. This month's featured singers are the bluegrass gospel singers: No Apparent Reason from southwest Missouri. A love offering will be received. Nursery care is available.

Bluegrass in Bernice
Volunteers at Bernice Baptist Church in Bernice will host the River Ridge Bluegrass Association on Saturday, March 10, at the church on Highway 85A in Bernice.
The concerts include New Harvest at 6 p.m., and Possum Trot at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 5 p.m. Food will be ready at 5 p.m., with the music starting at 6 p.m. Cost is $5/donation per person. A concession stand will be available.
David Phelps in Concert
Multi-Dove and Grammy Award-winning recording artist, David Phelps present the Journey of Faith Tour Thursday, March 22, at Grove's First Baptist Church in Grove.
Phelps is best known for being part of the Gather Vocal Band.
The doors will open at 6 p.m., with the concert starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 for general admission and $35 for artist circle. Tickets are available at the church (cash or check only). or online at itickets.com.

Hoppers in concert
Members of the award winning gospel group, The Hoppers, will be in concert at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, April 7, at Grove's First Baptist Church in Grove.
The Hoppers, featured artists on the Gaither Homecoming Series Videos, will present a concert to benefit the restoration of Cayuga-Splitlog Mission Church.
Reserved seats are $24, general admission is $20. A processing fee will be assessed for those purchasing tickets by credit card.

Bluegrass Jam at St. Andrew's
Musicians of all ages are invited to take part in the weekly Bluegrass Jam from 6 to 9 p.m., every Monday, at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Grove.
All ages and levels of ability are welcome. The event is open to the whole family.
People are encouraged to participate or sit back and listen. Free coffee and water are provided.

Grand Lake Senior Friends meets every Thursday. This program for seniors is based at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church and meets at various locations, for fellowship, games, and crafts.

Taste of Grace
Taste Of Grace, a free soup outreach ministry, organized by members of Trinity Baptist Church, Grove, will take place from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., every Wednesday, at the church.
The event is designed to provide soup to anyone, no questions asked. No preaching, just "made from scratch soup."

Caring Kitchen/Feed My Sheep
Volunteers with The Caring Kitchen and Feed My Sheep have combined efforts to provide their services on the same day.
The Caring Kitchen, now located at 11th and Washbourne, in Jay, will be open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Mondays, while Feed My Sheep will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m, across the roadway in its facility.
Caring Kitchen 2.0 will provide a nutritious meal once a week in its new location in Jay. Feed My Sheep will provide a food pantry for those in need on the same day.
The combined operation is designed to allow the two organizations to join forces in order to serve members of the community.
