A Jay man pleaded no contest on Monday, Jan. 8, to a sexual battery charge and received a 10-year suspended sentence,

T.J. Wolf, of Jay was scheduled to appear on the felony disposition docket on charges of sexual battery, sodomy, first-degree rape by force and fear, second-degree rape by instrumentation and misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance – marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

The sexual-related offenses were dropped and Wolf was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

In another sexual related case, Austin Michael DeLoach will returned to Oklahoma on April 5 for a non-jury trial.

DeLoach, 27 of Beaux Arts, Washington is charged with raping a 16-year-old girl.

On July 2, 2015 DeLoach texted the teen and ask if she would come outside to his vehicle where the two left a party.

He is accused of strangling and raping the teen before taking her back to the party, according to the probable cause affidavit. DeLoach confessed to picking the girl up, and taking her to his family’s home where they “sat and talked for approximately 30 minutes,” before taking her back to the party, according to the affidavit.

Two manslaughter cases were also heard as part of the spring felony docket procedures.

Tammera Rachelle Baker is set for a blind plea on Jan. 23.

Baker, 38, of Tahlequah is charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of Joyce Osborn, 80, of Tahlequah. She was pinned almost three hours and died at the scene due to massive injuries, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.

Baker confessed to drinking two shots of whiskey around 3 p.m. The crash happened shortly before 6 p.m., according to an arrest affidavit.

Samantha Ann Perales, 42, is set for trial on Feb. 12 on a manslaughter charge that killed Amberly Ruth Bradley, 36.
