Three crosses, a representation of the Holy Trinity, and the Resurrection, sit on the lawn of the new home of Trinity Baptist Church, at Fourth and Main, in Grove. The congregation will host a "soft opening" on Sunday, Nov. 19, with the first service in the new facility. The morning activities, led by Pastor Robert Carter, feature a time of prayer - including a prayer walk around and within the building - from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., a worship service with communion at 10 a.m., and a Thanksgiving meal after the worship.  The formal grand opening celebration, which includes a concert by the Blackwood Brothers, will take place on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 2 and 3. All events are open to the public.
