After the weekend’s Shawnee Tournament the Lady Red continue their season with a 7-1 win loss ratio.
Lady Red Head Coach Jeremy Collins said his team is performing well, compared to last season at the same time.
“It is early but we are very pleased with how we are pitching," Collins said. "All three of our pitchers are doing a great job."
Offensively, Collins said, his team has scored runs in multiple innings and "have had great production throughout the lineup."
"Going forward we have to execute a little better and continue to push the girls to never be satisfied," Collins said.
After a long weekend on the road the Lady Red will turn around and play Oologah. That game was scheduled to take place after presstime on Monday, Aug. 21.
