Hudson: July 30. Elevation normal, water 80s and with water temperatures in the 80s and murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, plastics and topwater lures in coves, main lake and off points. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait and shad below the dam and off flats. Striped bass hybrid good on crankbaits and topwater lures. Report submitted by Kody Moore, game warden stationed in Mayes County.
Fort Gibson: July 30. Elevation below normal, water 80 and stained. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait and live shad on flats and main lake. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on plastic baits, crawfish and spinnerbaits along rocks, the main lake and off points. White bass good on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits and spoons in flats, main lake and points. Report submitted by Rick Stafford in Wagoner.
Lower Illinois River: July 30 . Elevation normal , water 60-70 and murky. Rainbow trout slow on PowerBait below the dam and in deep holes. Striped bass slow on shad, trout and heads below the dam and in river channel. Both trout and stripers biting best when water is being released and cooling down.
