West Siloam Springs – One of the most sought-after personalities in comedy returns to Cherokee Casino & Hotel West Siloam Springs.

Comedian, actor and writer Josh Wolf is set to perform in the Qualla Ballroom on on Saturday, Aug. 5.

Doors open at 8 p.m. Wolf kicks off the show at 9 p.m. Tickets are $15 and on sale now on the casino’s website and at the hotel front desk.

Known for his sharp commentary on comedy roundtables, becoming a New York Time best-selling author, writing hit television shows, and headlining stand-up comedy tours across the nation, Wolf has proven time and time again he is one of the most dynamic and multifaceted comedians in the entertainment business.

In 1999, Wolf earned his first big break by performing a one-man show at the HBO Workspace. The gig landed him a talent deal at 20th Century Fox and his own television series with ABC.

NBC followed soon after, and while testing the waters on the television front, Wolf began writing for TV. He contributed to numerous sitcoms, including “Yes, Dear,” Will Smith’s “All of Us” and “Cuts,” starring Shannon Elizabeth.

Wolf returned to television in 2006, appearing on the fourth season of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing.” This also marked his return to sitcoms, recurring on the hit series “My Name Is Earl” until 2009 and recurring and writing for “Raising Hope” from 2010 to 2011.

The comedian is currently a regular roundtable guest and writer on the hit E! series “Chelsea Lately,” and he recently appeared as a performer on the new E! series “After Lately.”

Wolf debuted his latest book, “It Takes Balls: Dating Single Moms and Other Confessions from an Unprepared Single Dad,” in early 2013. Funny and brutally honest, the book details Wolf’s adventures as a struggling stand-up comedian while juggling being a single parent in Los Angeles.

In 2013, Wolf began hosting his podcast on the Toad Hop Network called “Off the Rails with Josh Wolf.” He currently hosts a podcast with Freddie Prinze Jr., “Prinze and the Wolf.” In 2015, the comedian began his late night talk show on CMT, “The Josh Wolf Show.”

Autograph signing and photos will follow the performance. Tickets can be purchased at the hotel front desk or online at www.WSSTickets.Showare.com.
