The roar of engines filled Wolf Creek as the Southern Drag Boat Association hosted the Wolf Creek Nationals.
The two day event took place on Saturday and Sunday, June 8-9.
Several Oklahomans came away with hardware, including two Grove racers.
Grove's own Scott Malone and his boat, Bow Movement, won first in their class.
Terry Cook, also of Grove, won the Lake Racer class with his boat, Cook Excavating.
In the Pro Eliminator class, Robert Ledbetter of Owasso won the event with his boat The Honey Badger. Coming in second was Ray Males of Choctaw with his boat, Blue Thunder.
In the Personal Watercraft, Broken Bow's Halee McIntyre and her boat, Just A Little Quickie, won the silver.
Joe McIntyre, Halee's father, raced in his boat, Hydro Commando, impressing fans in the Full Modified Class.
