Heroes Help for DCCSAN
Volunteers from area Fire, Emergency Medical and Police departments will compete to see which "hero" can raise the most funds for the Delaware County Children's Special Advocacy Network (DCCSAN) from 5 to 9 p.m., Friday, June 23, at The Parrot in Grove.
Diners have a chance to "tip" their favorite emergency personnel with a donation for DCCSAN. The winning entity will get the traveling trophy. The EMS are the defending champions. Can't go? Donations may be made in advance with the various agencies, earmarked for the event.
Proceeds will benefit DCCSAN, the child advocacy center for Delaware County. For more information, persons interested may call 918-253-4539.
