OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — New Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter has announced some staff changes in his office, including the return of former top assistant Tom Gruber to the agency.

Hunter said Wednesday that Gruber would serve as his senior deputy attorney general. Gruber is a former two-term district attorney and first assistant attorney general under former Attorney General Drew Edmondson and will supervise the office's legal counsel division and tobacco enforcement unit.

Hunter also announced that Mithun (MITH'-un) Mansinghani (man-sing-HAH'-nee) will serve as the office's new solicitor general, a role that includes representing the state's interest in federal and appellate courts. Mansinghani replaces former Solicitor General Patrick Wyrick, who was appointed to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

Finally, Hunter announced Joy Mohorivicic (muh-HORE'-uh-vitch-ick) is the new managing attorney of the agency's Tulsa office.
