Plea, trial and announcement dates were set for Delaware County felony offenders during the spring felony disposition docket on Monday, Jan. 9.
Bench warrants were also issued for a number of offenders who failed to appear with counsel when their name was called. Bonds were also doubled for those offenders.
A trial date was set for Deidre Matthews - accused of 14 counts of child abuse, seven counts of child neglect, one count of enabling child abuse and one count of child endangerment - for 9:30 a.m., March 6.
In the case of Austin Michael Deloach, accused of a first degree rape, a move to the July felony disposition docket, 10 a.m. on July 24, was made.
Garrick Walker, accused of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16, had a plea date set for Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 2:30 p.m.
The offenders who were issued bench warrants for their arrest as well as a doubling of their bond include:

Steven Brent Eskew, failure to stop at accident involving non-fatal inury; malicious injury to property under $1,000
Charles Lee Brown, possession of cds - methamphetamine, second and subsequent
Timothy Ryan Lunsford, larceny of an automobile
