Members of the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, along with officials from the Northeast Technology Center and Nichols Funeral & Cremation Services will host a business seminar: Putting the Show in Trade Show" from noon to 2 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 25, in Grove.

Les Love, certified ad specialist and branding consultant with Eskimo Joe's promotional products group, will serve as the guest presenter.

Love is a 10 year veteran of the promotional products industry with more than 300 clients across Oklahoma and surrounding states. He is a top performer in the promotional products and ad specialty business.

Since 2008 he has been in the top five percent of salespeople in the industry and a “million dollar club” member having sold more than a million dollars in promotional items each year for the last eight years.

In 2015, Love tested and achieved the certified ad specialist designation elevating to a higher standard of promotional products professionals.

Participants can expect to learn how to make your next trade show experience the most productive investment of their time and budget. Love will share thought-provoking insights, proven strategies, and effective branding solutions to boost the trade show sales goals.

The seminar is free to attend for Grove Area Chamber members and businesses registered for the 2017 Home and Garden Show. There is a fee of just $25.00 for others.

Lunch will be served and reservations are required.

The program will take place at Nichols Funeral & Cremation Services located at 9611 Highway 59, across the street from the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce. 

It is part of the Business Council, an initiative developed by members of the Grove Area Chamber to give businessmen and women an opportunity to learn about pertinent issues they face every day.

The program offers a personal atmosphere with experts in many different arenas of conducting business. The committee hosts several sessions during the year and welcomes ideas for future topics.
