The Delaware County 4-H clubs and FFA chapters will be having their annual beef auction at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 25 at the Delaware County Fairgrounds North of Jay on highway 59.  A free buyer’s dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. sponsored by the Delaware County Cattleman’s Association and Cooks Processing.  All sale beef is state inspected, graded, and will be cut to your preference.  These animals were all raised in Delaware County and grain fed for 140 days.  You will be able to buy sides and have enough beef to last you all summer, or go with some other families to buy one and split it up.  Complete grading information will be available in the sale catalog available at the OSU Extension Center at the fairgrounds.
