Got a taste for BBQ, boot scootin’ music, and looking for a kickin’ good time?

The Humane Society of Grove and Grand Lake presents its 2nd Annual Hoe-Down Fund Raiser on Saturday, August 27, at the Grove Civic Center.

Tickets are $20 per person and include a BBQ dinner and live music.

Doors open at 6:30 pm, BBQ dinner served from 7 to 8:30 pm. Dance the night away to Borderline, a country and classic rock band, from 7 to 11 pm.

Tickets are to be purchased in advance; no tickets will be sold at the Civic Center door. event is for adults 21 years and older.

The Humane Society of Grove and Grand Lake is a private, non-profi t corporation operating a no-kill animal shelter. All the proceeds from this event will go towards the care of the homeless dogs and cats living at the Humane Society shelter.
